BOSC 2018 will take place June 26-27, 2018 (with training days June 24-25 and a CollaborationFest June 28-29) at Reed College in Portland, Oregon as part of the GCCBOSC2018 bioinformatics community conference co-hosted with the Galaxy Community Conference.

– February 20, 2018: Abstract submission opens
– March 16, 2018: Deadline for submitting abstracts for full talks
– April 10, 2018: Authors notified
– (Registration deadlines to be announced)
– June 25-30, 2018: BOSC 2018, Reed College, Portland
– June 29,30, July 1,2: Collaborative codeing
